There are multiple pieces and different ones will fit together better than with others. And it’s a continuous game of figuring out what works best.

Over time, as you explore and try new things and listen to what your body is telling you, you’ll begin to have a better understanding of what your body enjoys and what it doesn’t.

It can be daunting trying to figure all of that out on your own, especially with the amount of information out there! And that’s where we come in!

Our goal is to provide you with knowledge and help you build confidence in your daily nutritional choices. We’ll help to break things down, like understanding the macronutrients, their importance, and how to balance them based on your nutritional needs. As well as guide you in creating a goal with milestones to keep you motivated on your journey to health.

Today more than 95% of all chronic disease is caused by food choice, toxic food ingredients, nutritional deficiencies, and lack of physical exercise.

What to Expect with Nutrition Coaching
  • Initial consultation to review health history, review food logs, set goals & discuss action steps to achieve them
  • Food log review, feedback on macro and micronutrients, and other areas that may need adjusting
  • Guidance on goal setting
  • Macronutrient recommendation based on goals or calorie recommendation with protein target
  • 1 check in (via text) per week to follow up/check in (about 30-minutes)
  • Several resources provided – portion guide, balanced plate guide, meal ideas, etc.

What to Expect:

  1. We’ll discuss the consultation form that you’ve submitted going over your coaching needs, your nutrition background, health, any concerns you’re ready to address.
  2. We’ll ask any questions we need to help clarify what you’re looking and help us understand howe we can best help you.
  3. Lastly, we’ll discuss the layout of our nutrition coaching, pricing options, and our end goal!
