This 1-day retreat will focus on 4 key areas: Body, Mind, Environment, and Community.

We’re bringing together a day of nutrition, mindset and intentions, muscle and hormonal health, and empowerment.
You’ll leave feeling energized, hopeful, and with new tools to apply to life! And with a new community of supportive women!

Connect with Your Mind

Pause and take a minute to connect with yourself. We have a tendency to lose track of where we are because we're constantly rushing to the next thing or caring about anyone but ourselves.

Connect with Your Body

Gain an understanding of the changes that are occurring within your body through the process of perimenopause and menopause. Embrace the changes with the knowledge you gain and befriend this next chapter of your life.

Connect With Your Environment

Our environment plays a big role in our life - and I'm not talking about nature and the outside world. I'm talking about our jobs, families, hobbies, and what / who we surround ourselves with.

Becoming Unstuck

with Jen Carter

We all experience a time of being stuck in place or repetitive patterns within our lives and Jen is here to guide us through and break out of that spot. She’ll be leading you through a framework to mindful awareness and processing, addressing thoughts and emotions, taking action vs no action, and moving forward in the direction that you desire. Gain clarity, confidence, and connection with yourself through her process of becoming unstuck.

Hormonal Health

with Dr. Amy Hawkins

Dr. Amy is a naturopathic doctor that specializes in women’s health through the stages of life. She will be sharing her knowledge on women’s health through perimenopause and menopause and the hormonal changes that occur, how to work with those changes, and potential for supplementation to feel more energized, decrease inflammation, improve digestive health and more!

Vanessa will be offering 10-15 minute mini shoots with the focus on empowerment and feeling strong and confident as your whole, natural self!

Pelvic Floor / Full Body Workout

Monica Mikolajczyk & Mariah MacDowell

Learn about the pelvic floor and the importance of your pelvic floor in every day life. Monica will lead you through:

  • Becoming aware of your pelvic floor
  • Breathing and core stabilization exercises
  • Movements to support and strengthen the pelvic floors function
  • Workshop Includes: small exercise ball, hardcopy AND digital copy of the workshop and exercises

3:00 PM

Sound Bath

With Tara Gilmore

We’ll close out the day with a sound bath led by Tara. She’ll guide you through a meditation with ambient sound that will promote relaxation and decrease anxiety and worries. A great way to end the day of knowledge gaining and community.
